Article 3 (Enforcing Safe Driving) Those who are permitted to park their motorcycles must drive safely by driving as slowly as possible when entering and exiting the dormitory. Participants will be required to dismount their motorcycles and move by hand between the East Gate, where they enter and exit the campus, and the designated bicycle parking spaces.
Article 4 (Prohibition of nuisance behavior) Those who are permitted to park their motorcycles must try to refrain from behavior that will cause a nuisance to dormitory residents and nearby residents.
Article 5 (Noise Prevention) Modifications to the muffler that cause noise must not be made. If special consideration is required, such as when entering or leaving the campus late at night, each person should take measures such as turning off the engine and entering and leaving the campus by hand.
Article 6 (Compliance with bicycle parking areas) Motorcycles must be parked in designated bicycle parking spaces.
Article 7 (Person who manages motorcycle parking) A motorcycle parking committee shall be established within the MSC, and a representative shall be appointed. The representative will be responsible for responding to any issues that arise, such as complaints from dormitory residents.
Article 8 (What to do in case of illegal bicycle parking) If a motorcycle without a parking permit is parked, please contact the dormitory office and the motorcycle parking committee will issue a warning by posting a sign. If you do not follow the instructions, the bike parking committee will take responsibility.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Abandoning Vehicles) Those who park their bicycles must take responsibility for removing their motorcycles from the dormitory when leaving the dormitory. It is prohibited to leave motorcycles in the dormitory even after you have moved out. When it comes to disposing of abandoned bikes, the bike parking committee will be responsible for contacting the owners and having them removed.
